Hi All, I was just looking for some second opinions before I spend any more money. I recently pulled the intake manifold and replaced a bunch of things (injectors, all hoses, PCVS, wiring harness, etc) and it's currently idling high. I've already gone through the TPS adjustment and confirmed my IACV is good. A boost leak test shows that the EGR is leaking somewhat but I'm not going to pull the motor to replace that right now... Car is a 95TT MT. Long story short, I can get only get the idle adjusted properly with the hose between the air regulator and balance tube clamped close. With that, I can adjust the idle low enough with the idle screw (~725) that the IACV takes over and bumps it back up to 800 (which is what I assume my tune is set to). Without the hose clamped, the car idles at ~1200rpm. This suggests to me that the air regulator door is stuck open and not closing when the car is warmed up. I just wanted a second opinion before I spent $100 replacing it.
